Enter request details

Provide your details, the vehicle registration number, the service date, and a description of the issue. If possible, attach photos.

Once we receive your request, we will contact you and handle the complaint process in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.

Is every service covered by a warranty?

How long does it take to process a complaint?

The time needed to review a complaint depends on the nature of the case, but it usually takes up to a few business days. Once we have verified your submission, we will contact you and outline the next steps.

Do I need to visit a service center?

In some cases, a visit to the service center may be required to verify the claim and assess the complaint.

How can I submit a complaint as quickly as possible?

The fastest way to submit a complaint is by sending a message to reklamacje@szybex.pl with a description of the issue and photos of the damage.
